We liked every moment of the stay, fine experience. Got private bathroom with a bathtub. We could see garden from the apartment.

In total, it was an excellent weekend. Personnel was responsive and amiable. The location was particularly good and amazing, short walk to the center as well as the clubs, I couldn't have asked for anything better.

It was great to the clubs in Birmingham. Staff was friendly, helped us with everything.

Marvellous and particularly good location so close to the canals, Gas and Broad Street and the centre of the city close to the bars and nightlife, and the room was spacious. Peppers was a short way from the apartment; I appreciated the food there.

we had a fab stay in birmingham close enough to brindley place and the centre of the city close to the bars and nightlife. the location was marvellous and brilliant, a 10-minute drive to a landmark mall. also, it was based near to everything in the center.

Having kitchen helped a lot. Had an electric kettle, a microwave and a sofa bed, that worked great for us. The staff team was affable and lovely.

The location is nice adjacent to all restaurants as well as the canals, Gas and Broad Street, and the rooms are spacious. Staff are responsive and amiable people.

The location of this place was absolutely mind-blowing! It was just a short walking distance from the Arena where we were attending an event. The apartment itself was so bright and welcoming, and we even had a terrace that was surprisingly huge! The furnishings were simple and modern, and everything worked perfectly, including the free parking which was such a blessing in such a prime location. Communication with the owner was great, and they were very responsive when we had some minor observations. a fantastic stay with all the amenities we needed, from the electric kettle to the flat-screen TV, and with the added bonus of a lift and outdoor dining area. Plus, no pets allowed and 24-hour security ensured a peaceful and secure stay. Definitely recommend!

Met at allocated time, shown where to park. Ice in the freezer, plenty of dishwasher tablets. Good location, central for canals, Gas and Broad Street. Amazing rooftop terrace with city views. Quiet yet convenient with many dining options nearby.

The view from the terrace was excellent and the communication with the staff was top class. We enjoyed the professional and friendly service provided.

The scatter cushions and rug in the lounge were dirty, and there was a problem with ants in the kitchen/living room area. the owner's response to the issue was unhelpful and he was not willing to offer a suitable solution.

The location of this apartment is excellent, just off Broad street. It is far away from the busy nightlife, ensuring a peaceful stay. the flat is well-equipped with everything you need, from cutlery and towels to a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the view from the terrace is amazing, providing a perfect spot to relax. the owners are friendly and helpful, making sure you have a pleasant experience. the free parking is also a great advantage, allowing you to explore the city conveniently.

The apartment could use some minor updates, such as fixing the handle of the kitchen tap and addressing the tatty paint on the walls.

Perfect location, just off Broad Street and close to tram for easy access to town. Secure gated parking. Prompt and helpful communication from host. Assured that issues like a cracked ceramic cooktop would be fixed for future guests.

Felt extremely safe, no reason to complain.
